Nel 1981 visita per la prima volta il Venezuela, restando affascinato da una esuberante natura e da una cordiale sincera simpatia della gente. Nel 1982 si iscrive alla Facoltà di Architettura di Napoli. Nel 1984 viene selezionato- fra circa 2000 artisti- per partecipare alla manifestazione "SALUTE TO ITALY"; è quindi la volta di un interessante viaggio a Indianapolis, Cleveland, Detroit.
Nel 1986 partecipa, con un'opera di grafica, al "PREMIO ARTE 86"; in tale prestigioso concorso, -promosso dalla MONDADORI,- con la giuria di MUNARI, CASTELLANETA e SASSU, risulta finalista.
Dal 1976, abbandonata la professione di geometra, ha avviato un laboratorio ove vengono prodotti manufatti artistici a carattere architettonico, oggettistica in pietra e marmo, nonchè incisioni e mosaici in vetro e cristallo.
In questo Atelier, nel 1983, tiene un corso per la lavorazione artistica della pietra e del cristallo, promosso dall' I.S.P.E.S. e finanziato dalla Comunità Economica Europea.
L'interesse per i mosaici in vetro costituisce l'avvio per la realizzazione di commessi in pietre e marmi pregiati; nascono così i Mosaici e gli Intarsi, dove la cura dei particolari, l'unicità dei pezzi, l'impiego di pregevoli marmi di ogni colore, provenienti da tutto il mondo, uniti all'originalità dei disegni, - ispirati questi in larga parte dall'incantato mondo della natura tropicale Venezuelana, fanno di queste opere la punta di diamante dell'attuale produzione dell'artista.
L'attuale standard di produzione si può così riassumere: Oltre settecento lavori negli ultimi otto anni, per circa 1500 mq., con l'uso di 130 tipi di pietre e marmi provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Oltre al successo ottenuto in numerose mostre tenute a Firenze, Caracas, Bologna, Marbella, Bristol, Milano, Tokyo, al suo attivo annovera anche la fornitura di Commessi marmorei per l'Hotel Minerva in Roma e per una serie di lussuose dimore in Giappone.

This Firm is specialized in this field led by the headmaster who is very fond of and personally prepares sketches carefully and elaborates them, and follows the processing of manifacturing.

The actual standard reached is the result of experience which could be summed up the following figures:
-The production carries out through 23 phases;
- More than 700 works in the last 8 years for 1500 mq using abount 130 stones coming from all over the world.
In the last years the Firm is producing very unusual floors some of them are in very important houses and Hotels.
ENRICO PINTO born in Padula (Southern Italy) in 1942 spends his childhood in his native town and, since he was a child, he was very found of natural science drawing and music.
He attended the high school and the University but he never took his degree.
Since 1976 he starts this work; and in it he shows his love for nature and animals realized with stones coming from all over the world.
He was in a lot of ethibtions in Florence, Caracas, Bologna, Milano, Bristol, Marbella, Naples, and made same work for the "Minerva Hotel", in Rome and for a luxury private houses in Tokyo.
In 1981 he went for the first time to South America and was really fascinated by the tropical nature that is often present in his works.
In 1986 he was selected among 2000 artists and sent to the U.S.A. to be in the manifestation "Salute to Italy".
In 1986 he panecipated to a competition for "Premio Arte 86" and judged by Munari, Sassu Castellaneta he was finalist.
In 1983 he was engaged by the C.E.E to give lessons about his work at his Atelier.
